We all want to be successful. We all want to reach for the stars. We all want to soar and achieve our dreams. The drive to succeed, the positive energy to keep at it, and the determination to achieve our dreams is a fire inside us that keeps us up.

I have always been conscious of my passion to soar high. Both literally (my flying lessons are under way successfully!) and symbolically, I decided nothing would stop me. When I conceptualized Genius Lead, I knew I had to fight hard to achieve success and I embraced it completely. I love the journey.

Each one of us entrepreneurs have that spark inside of us – the drive that will eventually get us to where we want to be. Every spark does need fuel to keep it burning though and I have found that tapping into the words of great achievers, savouring their story and letting their success infect me keeps my positive energy burning alive.
